Shipping, payment, exchanges, returns, security and other legal stuff

Security:  For your shopping peace of mind, we have a secure server.  Add items to your Shopping Cart, then use the "Secure Checkout" button to submit your order. Your personal information will be encrypted so it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.  If you receive an error message when using the "Secure Checkout" button, your browser probably doesn't support encryption.  In that case, you can use the "Normal Checkout" button and check "Call me for C/C info" if you do not wish to send your credit card number over the Internet.  You can also call us with your order at (651) 646-5252.. 

E-Mail Address:  It is very important that you provide us with a current e-mail address so that we can confirm your order.  A telephone number is also useful should we need to contact you.

Payment:  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express on our secure site and over the phone.  We also accept checks and money orders but checks take 5-10 business days to clear.  In addition, when you indicate that you are sending a check or money order, we will hold the merchandise for ten business days to await payment.  If payment is not received, your items will returned to general stock.

Shipping:

United States:  We will ship your order within 48 hrs via Fed Ex Ground and it will take 3-5 days for delivery.  Shipping costs are calculated in the "Check Out" portion of our site.

All International Shipping:  International orders are welcome but shipping charges will be more.  Please place your order as usual and shipping charges will be based upon what you order and where the order will be shipped.  You will be notified by e-mail within 24 hrs of the order with a shipping total and will be asked for your approval.  No orders will be shipped until your approval is received.

Out-of-Stock Items: Should an item be out of stock and it is not possible to ship within 48 hrs, you will be notified with an estimated shipment date and given the option of canceling the order.

"Rush" Delivery:  "Rush" delivery is available.  Please contact us for a quote.

Returns:    Please notify us as soon as possible if there are any problems with your order.  If the merchandise you order does not meet your satisfaction in any way, your money will be refunded in full, but ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED.  Please e-mail us regarding any problem as soon as possible at sales@choochoobobs.com or call us at (651) 646-5252 and a "return authorization" will be granted.  All returns must be received 30 days from the shipping date,  must be in the original condition and accompanied by the original shipping invoice.  Should you want to return an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges: no COD's will be accepted. 

Exchanges:  Should you wish to exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges back to you. 

Sales Tax:  sales tax applies to orders shipped to Minnesota addresses.
